3 out of 5 starsThis sign is super cute! I do love it, however the finish had a bunch of bubbles in it and I'm not thrilled about that. They were super responsive with emails and I sent her just what I wanted. Just a little bummed about the bubbles.

Hi Joy, I just wanted to say that I'm sorry you were unhappy with the finish on your sign. I really do my best to ensure a quality product, but I cannot control how lacquer dries. There are so many factors that contribute to the way it sets. Again, I just wanted to reach out and extend my apology and hope you understand it was beyond my control.
